This ancient abandoned temple in Nakhon Nayok province lies only about 300 meters from the busy Rangsit-Nakhon Nayok highway, but is surrounded by tall trees and hidden from view.
We don’t know when or why it was abandoned, but it’s belived to be about 150-200 years old. Slightly out of sight behind the ruins is a pond with an island in the center, which had a large chedi on it, that has now crumbled away.
